Tahini Ramen Noodles






Ingredients


  • Ingredients

  • 100 g shiitake mushrooms

  • 250 g brussles sprouts

  • 1 chilli

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • * ginger

  • * 100 g tahini

  • * 30 ml soy sauce

  • * ramen noodles

  • * sesame oil (or vegetable oil)

  • * salt & pepper


Section 2: method



  1. Wash and clean the brussles sprouts and mushrooms. Cut both into vegetable stripes.

  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan, add the ginger, garlic, chilli and fry with the mushrooms 2 - 3 minutes. Add the brussles sprouts and fry 2 - 3 minutes longer.

  3. In the mean time cook the ramen noodles.

  4. Mix the tahini and soy sauce with 50 ml water and wisk.

  5. Add the tahini dressing to the vegetables together with the noodles. Mix well and season if needed.

  6. Enjoy!
